Very disappointing customer support…
Very disappointing customer support experience.
I have used customer support from many companies over the years, not only in the proxy industry, and unfortunately MarsProxies has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have had.
This is not about one isolated incident. I have contacted their support multiple times and repeatedly experienced poor communication, irrelevant responses, and a lack of willingness to properly understand and resolve the issue. I will explain one thing clearly, receive an answer about something completely different, and then have to repeat myself again.
My most recent interaction with Tristan was particularly disappointing. He repeatedly failed to address the questions I was actually asking and appeared to simply repeat the same generic response instead of reading and responding to my answers. The conversation felt extremely unprofessional and unproductive.
At this point, I would rather accept the loss of one month's subscription than continue dealing with this level of customer support. The service itself may have been useful, but the support experience has unfortunately made me decide not to purchase from MarsProxies again.
I am leaving this review because I hope the management takes a serious look at how customer support is communicating with customers. Good support is not just about having someone respond quickly; it is about actually understanding the problem, answering the customer's questions, and making a genuine effort

So my proxy had just expired since I forgot to renew it. Checking on the dashboard, the location was sold out. But guess what? There is this support called Aiza, she is the best. She helped me get the exact same IP back.
