Good customer service, had some minor issues with some proxies and they were friendly, helpful and super reactive.
Dashboard UX and subscription management (adding proxies etc.) could be improved a lot.
I ordered US based proxies but got a…
I ordered US based proxies but got a bunch of international. Then I chatted with support and while he did switch them over, I did mention I wanted East Coast proxies and not a lot of West Coast proxies, I wound up with 18 out of 45 on the West Coast. My server is in East Coast and the latency to these proxies is horrible. And the performance of these proxies vs Decodo shared proxies is worse.
