User Review Summary
Reviewers frequently praise the support team for being patient, responsive, and helpful during technical setups. Many users report that the infrastructure is reliable and stable for production workloads. However, some customers criticize the service for providing blacklisted IPs and identical subnets. There are also reports of unexpected account bans based on nationality and disputes regarding data usage measurements. While some users received prompt refunds, others experienced frustration with ignored emails and limited replacement options.
Paid renewal, sudden suspension, contradictory support — never again
Paid renewal, sudden suspension, contradictory support — an appalling experience
I was in my fourth paid month with Oxylabs, using five dedicated ISP proxies. My latest monthly payment was recorded on October 21. On October 22, they announced permanent suspension, terminated the services, and blocked my dashboard access.
This disrupted my work managing two active YouTube channels.
Their explanation was an alleged terms-of-service breach, without identifying what I had actually done wrong. They later cited an entire section of their conditions while declining to explain the specific reason.
Support also gave contradictory information: I was initially told my IP addresses would be retained, then told they were not reserved and their recovery could not be guaranteed.
To reconsider the suspension, they requested an official ID and selfie through Stripe, while explicitly saying verification would not guarantee restored access.
They initially refused a refund on the grounds of the alleged breach. After I submitted a formal complaint and requested internal escalation, they approved the full $16 refund. Stripe has issued a refund notification, but the money has not yet reached my account at the time of writing.
The amount involved is small. The disruption and the way this was handled are what made the experience unacceptable. A refund does not undo an abrupt shutdown or contradictory assurances.
Calling this “Customer Success” bears little resemblance to my experience. I will not use Oxylabs again.

An addendum to my review following the company's response. I consider any responses to my reviews from this company ridiculous, and their attitude toward paying clients outrageous. Considering that I have been a partner with several similar companies for a very long time and successfully, I consider all of these factors to be factors that will never, under any circumstances, make me—and I hope all other users of this niche—their clients again! I warn reasonable users of this service to avoid this company!
quality of their IP/proxies are great, product is terrible
quality of their IP/proxies are great, but they truly have the worst product that i have used in long time. their website is riddled with bugs and their customer support is slow and it takes weeks for them to close support tickets. would recommend only if you need 5/10 IPs. if you are planning on scaling your operations, find something else
Predatory pricing
Very unintuitive scammy pricing model where they ask you to top up and the top up credits disappear the next day basically swindling you out of what you just paid

Oxylabs Datacenter
Oxylabs offers Shared and Dedicated Datacenter Proxies to increase the effectiveness of your public data collection with no limitations for scaling.
Ideal Use Cases
Oxylabs Datacenter is a proxy network designed for high speed scraping workloads. It is accessed via a proxy gateway for rotating IPs or specific ports for static sessions.
