Never work with them
Never work with them. This is my second time I regret working with these guys. They sold me a netherlands isp proxy that is from Hong Kong. Later on they denied it. Also believe it or not their proxy disconnect randomly and they deny it. Their customer service is from hell. They will not admit evidence and will waste you hours of stress and they cause cancer. They refuse to give your money back either. I asked for a refund after testing it for 8 hours of wasted time. They will tell you you are lying. Don't deal with them. save yourself cancer cels.
Paid for 100 GB extra, but balance stayed at zero
I purchased a 90-day Singapore ISP proxy for $14.04. On October 27, I paid another $2.50 for 100 GB of extra bandwidth, but the dashboard still showed 0 GB remaining immediately afterward. Support said my recorded usage had exceeded the original allowance and that the extra 100 GB was applied against earlier excess usage. I did not see a clear warning before paying that the add-on could be consumed this way without providing any remaining high-speed bandwidth. I asked for refunds for both the original order and the add-on. Support refused both, citing the original order's refund window and saying the added bandwidth had already been used.
Update, October 29: After a senior support review, IPRoyal confirmed that it would not refund the $2.50 add-on and would offer neither a full nor a prorated refund for the original $14.04 order. I did receive earlier emails warning about reduced speeds, but I did not see a clear advance explanation that a later bandwidth purchase would first offset past excess usage. This was a frustrating experience, and I would urge buyers to understand the bandwidth and add-on terms before paying.

Order #86584100. Proxies had severe connection timeouts and didn't work from the start. Tried to troubleshoot, wasted 1 GB on failed connections, and support refused any refund or help. Terrible service.
