Proxy Seller User Reviews
Proxy Seller offers a comprehensive range of web scraping and data collection products, from proxies to data sets and data APIs.
User Review Summary
Reviewers disagree on the quality of customer support, with some praising specific agents for being polite and helpful while others report rude behavior and blocked chat access. Users consistently criticize the service for technical failures, including slow speeds, frequent disruptions, and proxies that are blocked by financial websites. Several customers report misleading advertising regarding IP replacements and refunds. There are also complaints about being forced to pay additional fees or undergo repetitive verification processes to fix service issues.
The support team is very good
The support team is very good. Though the first support member didn't solve my problem but the second one patiently listened to my problem and stick with me untill the problem was solved.
Slow and non-functional proxies
On October 5, 2026, I contacted Proxy-Seller via Live Chat and requested that all my customers be moved to the high-speed subnet and that all newly purchased proxies be automatically assigned to the high-speed subnet. They fulfilled my request and moved all 39 of my customers to the subnet block I specified, but their system is terrible and they messed everything up. After the proxies were changed, they displayed a “System error IP
” error, and 39 IP addresses became useless. My system needs to remain active 24/7, and because of Proxy-Seller, my customers couldn’t collect the codes from the site. I lost over $5,000 in total and lost my customers’ trust. Never choose these guys. Use sites like Oxylabs or Decodo instead.
Very disappointing experience with no transparent billing
I've been a customer of Proxy-Seller for a long time. Recently, two of my three US ISP proxies just stopped working. I contacted support and they said I broke their fair usage policy. But the problem is, their website doesn't even have a traffic dashboard. I can't see my usage anywhere. No warning emails either.
I tried to ask for a replacement or refund for the two dead IPs, but the support kept sending templates and refused to resolve it. They eventually closed the chat on me. I understand fair usage, but you have to give customers the tools to monitor it. This is just bad business practice. Look somewhere else if you care about transparent billing and customer support.
Proxy-Seller Residential
Proxy-Seller offers residential proxies for scraping, automation, and business scaling with 20M+ residential IPs across 220+ GEOs, precise country/city/ISP targeting, speeds up to 1 Gbps, 99% uptime, SOCKS5 & HTTP(S) support, flexible rotation options, a large infrastructure of 400 networks and 800 subnets, plus an easy-to-use dashboard with quick setup and auto-renewal.
Ideal Use Cases
Proxy-Seller Residential is a global proxy network routing traffic through real user devices. It is accessed via a proxy gateway at res.proxy-seller.com or managed through a REST API for retail and SEO tasks.
Ideal Use Cases
- E-commerce & price monitoring: residential IPs from real users bypass retail anti-bot protection
- Ad verification: verify ads via residential IPs with city and ISP targeting
- SEO & rank tracking: monitor results via global pool with country-level targeting
- Social media data: high-anonymity residential IPs avoid detection on social platforms
Poor Use Cases
- Large-scale crawling: bandwidth-based pricing at $3.5/GB makes bulk fetching expensive
- Real-time, low-latency lookups: residential hops typically increase latency vs datacenter IPs
- Sneaker & ticket purchasing bots: provider terms often restrict automated checkout on drop sites
- Mobile apps & mobile-only content: residential product is distinct from mobile 5G/4G IPs
