Terrible customer service and an unreliable platform
The last time I used their proxy service, everything worked perfectly. However, today I purchased a static ISP proxy and was assigned a bad IP. I contacted support, and instead of replacing it with a proper IP, they gave me one from a completely different country. When I tried to explain the issue, the support agent simply replied, "Have a nice day," and then blocked me. I can't even contact support anymore.
