Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, their chat bot says they typically reply in a few minutes but in reality it's more like a few days or they never respond, just asking for the difference between their flex and normal residential it's been a week and I still have no information.
Good experience
Been using databay for a while now and I've got nothing but good things to say. The proxies run smooth, rarely drop, and setup was pretty easy. All in all, really happy with it and wouldn't hesitate to point others their way.
