Currently, the AI Scraper Generator supports Python (with BeautifulSoup, Requests, Scrapy, Selenium, and Playwright) and Node.js (with Cheerio, Axios, Puppeteer, and Playwright). We're actively adding support for more languages and frameworks based on user demand, including Go, Java, and additional Python/Node.js libraries.

The AI analyzes multiple sample URLs to understand the page structure and generate reliable selectors. For well-structured websites with consistent HTML patterns, the generated code typically works out of the box. For more complex or dynamic sites, you may need minor adjustments. We recommend providing 3-5 sample URLs of the same page type to help the AI identify stable patterns and produce more robust code.

No coding is required to generate a working scraper. Simply paste your URLs, select your preferred language/framework and data schema, and the AI generates complete, runnable code. However, you have full access to customize the generated code: add error handling, modify selectors, integrate with your systems, or extend functionality as needed.

Generated scrapers come pre-configured with ScrapeOps Proxy Aggregator integration. This means your scrapers automatically route requests through optimized proxies that are selected based on your target domain. The AI Scraper Generator currently supports product detail pages, product search/listing pages, and product category pages with predefined schemas. We're rapidly expanding to support job listings, real estate pages, news articles, SERP results, and more. Each schema is designed to extract the most relevant data fields for that page type.
